Esta parte del Camí de Ronda forma parte de la 4ª etapa que va desde Palamós hasta Begur. Tiene un total de 23 kilómetros pero nosotras hicimos sólo desde La Platja de Sant Esteve en Palamós, hasta la Platja del Port Pelegrí en Calella de Palafrugell. Un total de unos 8 kilómetros de ida aproximadamente.

Empezamos la ruta en la Marina de Palamos, en el extremo norte de la población, y recorremos el camino hacia el norte. Como una montaña rusa, el camino asciende -pasando por zonas elevadas con unas perspectivas fantásticas de la costa- y desciende cruzando playas y calitas inaccesibles si no es a través de estos caminos o por el mar.
